The Cuvée Brut 1629 is an honest and palatable champagne.This cuvée was produced from the assemblage (blend) of Chardonnay (36%), Pinot Noir (22%) and Pinot Meunier (42%).
This cuvée was selected for its excellent value for money and is a champagne with an invigorating and lemony attack. The palate reveals a wine of wonderful frankness, with citrus aromas and fine bubbles.
The dosage of this cuvée (5.5 g/l) makes it an ideal champagne for your aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish dishes.A very beautiful, seductive and festive gourmet champagne!
